Celebrate the New Year with a Polar Plunge

We are excited to be bringing back the community fun and New Year tradition of Polar Plunge at Lake Sammamish State Park. Join FLSSP and friends as we celebrate the New Year’s Day 2026 with some fun and a cold plunge in Lake Sammamish. Come early to grab a bagel from Blazing Bagels, coffee from Cafe Lladro or Tea from Gathering Abundance and enjoy a quick yoga stretch and a hike in the park before you head into the cold waters of Lake Sammamish. Afterwards don’t forget to grab your bowl of Clam Chowder from Ivar’s to warm up around the bonfires on the beach. It is going to be a wonderful opportunity to renew and refresh for the New Year.

Early Bird ticket pricing will open next week on November 24th and be offered through December 5th so get your tickets early. Prices go up after December 5th. The first 50 sign ups will receive a 2026 commemorative Polar Plunge pin.
