Lynn Rehn is drawn to her new post with the Friends of Lake Sammamish Board of Trustees because she considers the park a jewel among many in Issaquah’s treasure chest. She loves the outdoors and its critters! She has enjoyed being a parks commissioner for the city of Sammamish and has worked with other local community groups. She is looking forward to opening doors to inter-agency connectivity including increasing the ease of improvements, maintenance and operations.

Lynn has been married 35 years and her three sons and husband work in the local family automotive business. Her role with Evergreen Automotive Families is Community Service Director.

Lynn has also had a thriving catering business, My Chef Lynn, since 2000. She is a grandma and care giver for her senior family members.

Lynn will be joining the Celebrations Committee with FLSSP that creates fun events at the park including Walk ‘n Wag and Parkadilly at Lake Sammamish.
