Winter 2021 Photo Contest Winners

Congratulations to Santosh Jodh and Rachel Jacobson, our photo contest winners.

Santosh Jodh wins for the second time with his amazing wildlife photography; specifically this image of a Cedar Waxwing. Santosh has lived in Sammamish since 2000 and has three wonderful daughters and a 100lb German Shepherd named Simba. He is a self-taught photographer who spends much of his time out in nature talking photographs.

Rachel submitted this beautiful image of kayaks on Sunset Beach taken during the summer of 2020. Rachel, a Sammamish resident since 1995, has been enjoying photography as a hobby since her sons were little, taking candids at their school events and activities. Since that time, she has enjoyed learning about nature photography loves bringing joy to friends through her photographs.
