Stop by and check out the new sign that shows the location of the near future playground. The permitting is complete with the City of Issaquah and the final bidding process is underway. Next will be earth moving and the preparation of the surface. At least 200 hours of volunteer help will be needed to construct the playground equipment. All ages 10+ will be welcome. This is a great opportunity for youth or community groups to offer community service. If you would like to be notified when volunteer registration begins, email director@flssp.org.

Donations are still needed for the $1 million playground. Donate at www.Playground4All.com or mail to FLSSP, PO Box 605, Issaquah, WA 98027. Donations of $1000 or more will be memorialized on a boulder at the playground.

All donations are tax-deductible. Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park is a registered 501(c)(3).
