Adamas Weitzenfeld, State Parks’ new interpretive specialist, is facilitating both Junior Ranger and Wonder Ranger programming this summer for children of all ages.
Junior Ranger Program - Meets at Sunset Beach Bathhouse, 3pm, Fridays until August 31
Become a bird, a bat, a beaver… and a Junior Ranger as you learn about local wildlife and conservation through a different 30-minute interactive program each week. For youth ages 6 to 11.
Wonder Ranger Program - Meets at Sunset Beach Bathhouse, 1pm, Saturdays until August 31
Deepen your sense of wonder through inquiry, exploration, and art with nature. Cultivate communication, critical thinking, & creative skills at a different 60-minute program each week on topics such as love and beauty. Reservations are encouraged. For youth ages 8 and up.
