Come Join FLSSP’s March 16th Restoration Event

FLSSP is excited to have our monthly restoration events back in full swing. We made great progress in February and are looking forward to continuing our work this weekend, March 16th from 10 am - noon.

Our focus this Saturday, March 16th, will be a continuation of our work at the Tibbetts Creek site. Our dedicated crew and volunteers who join us will continue to position caging around our newly planted cedar trees to protect them from browsing animals as they get established, dig and pull out invasive plant shoots (likely pesky invasive blackberry), and bring in and rack mulch into the area. With the help of our wonderful volunteers we have made fantastic progress at this site - thank you!

We welcome you all to join us this March 16th from 10 am - noon as we continue to improve Lake Sammamish State Park for all to enjoy.

Register for our restoration work party here.
